The Adult Women’s Eating Disorders Program is ideally suited for women 18 and older. Women live together in a supportive, relaxed, and nurturing environment where healing can be shared.
Room and board are included. Residing in the living facility offers many opportunities to discuss feelings around the eating experience. The community of women share in group experiences such as Equine Therapy and more individual experiences such as guided imagery allowing the patients to learn to sit with food and their feelings and find the skills within to enjoy balanced eating habits.

- Eating disorder education and process groups
- Weekly individual therapy
- Weekly nutritional education group
- Weekly individual session with a registered dietician
- Family education support groups
- Family therapy
- Exercise addiction education

- 12-Step eating disorder support groups
- Lunch in a therapeutic environment
